About Puchairo

Puchairo means “a cool man.” You can see where the name comes from in the way the owner and staff work: lively and full of energy.

The owner started cooking in high school and later cooked in the army. Young as the owner is, that kitchen experience is the source of the deep flavor you would expect from long years at the stove.

The owner's most important principle is to “serve good food, so that guests never feel their money was wasted.” The owner lives by it and keeps reminding the staff of it, raising the quality of both the food and the service.

Today Puchairo is a date spot for young guests, full of lively laughter and good food.
